Lightly Sweetened Pumpkin Cold Brew
A lightly sweetened pumpkin cold brew recipe using coffee concentrate, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and simple syrup.
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup milk, divided (3/4 cup + 1/4 cup for foam)
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Combine water and sugar in a small microwave safe dish or ramekin to create simple syrup.
Microwave for 20-30 seconds until it starts to bubble.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir until sugar is dissolved. Set aside your simple syrup to cool.
Combine 3/4 cup milk and pumpkin puree and stir until pumpkin is dissolved.
Add ice to a glass. Then add milk mixture, simple syrup, Javy Coffee Concentrate and stir.
Use a milk frother or blender to whip up 1/4 cup of milk for cold foam. Add to top of coffee mixture.
Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
