Review of the Iniuniu diaper bag backpack from Amazon. Honest diaper bag backpack review from a busy mom who’s always on the go!

I got this diaper bag on Prime Day and have loved it ever since!

Main Pocket
When I first unpacked this bag, I was a little concerned because it seemed narrower than my prior diaper bag. Based on my measurement this bag is 10.5-11 inches wide. But, I was happily surprised to find that the main pocket was actually quite spacious.
There is one large pocket towards the back of the bag where the diaper changing pad can be stored. There are also two larger pockets on the side of this bag that can be used to store empty bottles or water bottles. Towards the front of this bag there are also two additional pockets and a zippered pocket. There is also room for storage in the middle of the bag between all the pockets.
Diaper Compartment
My favorite feature of this diaper bag is the diaper pocket. In my old diaper bag, diapers and wipes took up 2 pockets from the inside of the bag, meaning there was less room for other things. This diaper bag has a large diaper pocket on the front of the bag.
In the photo below, I had stored wipes in the side pocket, but I do normally store the wipes in one of these two pockets in the larger diaper pocket.
There is also a large mesh pocket that I have yet to figure out what to do with, but more storage options are never a bad thing!
Cooler Pocket & Front Zipper
This diaper bag also has bottle storage on the very front of the bag. There are two insulated bottle/sippy cup pockets. These pockets are large enough to store 7-9oz bottles! In between these two pockets are places for spoons, straws, or other utensils. There is also a mesh pocket towards the front of the bag.
Another one of my favorite features is the front zipper pocket. This pocket is very deep – almost the entire height of the bag.
Outside
On the outside of the diaper bag there is one more zipper pocket on the front of the bag and two side pockets for water bottles, wipes, etc.
This bag also has fairly large handles on top that can be used to carry the bag vs using it solely as a backpack.
The leather accents are another one of my favorite features of this bag and really help set it apart from other similar bags. The rest of the material seems very durable and also easy to clean.
What I don’t Like
While overall I do LOVE this diaper bag, there are a few things I wish were different.
This diaper bag does have straps that help attach it to a stroller (see photo below product link). However, I find that it makes it stick out and not sit level when its attached to the stroller this way. My stroller has a large basket underneath and I normally stick the bag there or just wear it as a backpack.
Additionally, the larger zipper pocket in the front goes all the way to the bottom of the bag. I find that when I put things like keys or my phone in it, it sinks all the way to the bottom and gets lost. I would prefer if this pocket weren’t as deep into the bag.
Finally, my prior diaper bag had straps that helped keep the extra slack from the backpack adjustments rolled up and off the floor. I wish this bag had a feature like that!
Overall Review
Overall, I do love the Iniuniu Diaper Bag Backpack. I like the material, color, and leather accents. I also like the size – I don’t feel like its too large for my petite size, but it also holds everything that I need. There are a LOT of pockets, more than I have seen in other diaper bags. I particularly love the diaper compartment and also the separate compartment for bottles or sippy cups.
