Silicone Bibs – these are our favorite because they are a thick, sturdy, yet soft material. We have tried a few different brands but these from Happy Healthy Parent are our favorite! A must from baby-hood through toddlerhood.
2 Year Old Lunch Ideas
Toddler Lunch #1: PB&J Roll Up
PB&J Roll Up: cut off the crust off of a piece of bread, spread a thin layer of peanut butter (or other nut butter) on one half, and a thin layer of jelly on the other. Roll up tightly and serve with a cute food pick if it won’t stay together on its own. Side of cooked carrots with ranch, cheese, and quartered grapes.
I always cut our grapes with the OXO Grape cutter and its a game-changer!
2 Year Old Lunch #2: Spinach Pizza Dippers
Pizza Dippers: Lay out a tortilla and top with cheese, spinach, and dried basil. Cook on a cast iron pan (or broil in the over) until the bottom is crispy and the cheese is melted. Serve with sides of marinara for dipping and your toddler’s favorite pizza toppings (like pineapple, pepperoni, olives, and tomato)

Toddler Meal Idea #3: Scrambled Eggs with Feta
Scrambled Eggs with Feta: try changing up your toddler’s normal eggs by adding something bold like feta cheese. I also scrambled in some spinach and cooked in butter. Side of thinly sliced apples with peanut butter for dipping.
Toddler Lunch #4: PB Graham Cracker Sandwiches
PB Graham Cracker Sandwiches: a fun snack plate made with graham cracker and pb sandwiches. Sides of cheese, diced frozen mango, cucumbers with ranch, pinto beans, and plums.

2 Year Old Meal Idea #5: Bagel w/ Cream Cheese
Bagel w/ Cream Cheese: we love Dave’s Killer Bread bagels and I found out that my toddler’s do too! Bagels can be really chewy so I like to lightly toast and choose the thinner side to give my toddler. Cut into small bites or strips for young toddlers. Side of cooked carrots with laughing cow cheese, strawberries, and grapes.
Toddler Lunch Idea #6: Fruit, Cheese & Yogurt
Fruit, Cheese & Yogurt: This fun festive lunch was for the 4th of July, but it could also work for any time of the year or with different types of fruit! Whole milk yogurt, whole milk string cheese, strawberries, blueberries, and cherries.
Toddler Lunch #7: Pretzel Snack Tray
Pretzel Snack Tray: snack trays are such a fun way to get your toddler excited about lunch! Serve healthy options plus some of their favorite snacks like pretzel crisps, raisins, grapes, olives, string cheese, blueberries, and avocado.
2 Year Old Snack Lunch #8: Baked Beans
Baked Beans: baked beans can be a quick and easy lunch that’s full of protein! Side of cucumbers with cream cheese and ‘Everything but the Bagel’ seasoning, cooked carrots, pretzel crisps, and raspberries.

Mac & Cheese w/ Cauliflower: I’m always a fan of adding veggies to mac & cheese! If you’re looking for a new idea, try adding riced cauliflower to make it a little more hearty and nutritious.
Toddler Lunch Idea #10: Veggies Made Great
Veggies Made Great: for a quick and easy lunch you can heat up in the microwave, try Veggies Made Great fritattas! My boys love them and they are made with veggies to they are mom approved. Side of thinly sliced baby carrots and ranch, and kiwi.
Easy Toddler Lunch #11: Broccoli & Cheese Quesadilla
Broccoli & Cheese Quesadilla: If you want to try to add more veggies into your toddler’s diet, try adding them to their quesadilla! Broccoli, sweet potato, avocado, and spinach are great options! Side of carrots, orange pepper and cream cheese with EBB for dipping, and grapes.
2 Year Old Lunch #12: Cheese and Crackers
Cheese and Crackers: don’t underestimate this simple meal idea for lunch time! Try whole grain crackers and serve your toddler’s favorite cheese. Side of whole milk yogurt, peaches, and kiwi.

Pancake Dippers: cut up pancakes into strips so your toddler can pick them up and dip! Side of pure maple syrup, strawberries, whole milk string cheese, blueberries, and avocado.
