Ingredients Needed

  • Rolled oats
  • Cottage cheese
  • Banana
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Ground Cinnamon

How to Make Blender Cottage Cheese Pancakes

  1. Blend it up!
    Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Let the batter sit for a minute or two to thicken slightly.
  2. Heat the pan.
    Lightly grease a non-stick skillet or griddle and heat over medium-low heat.
  3. Pour & cook.
    Pour small circles of batter onto the pan. Cook for about 2โ€“3 minutes, until bubbles start to form on the surface and the edges look set. Flip and cook for another 1โ€“2 minutes on the other side.
  4. Serve & enjoy.
    Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup, yogurt, or fresh fruit. Bonus points for cutting them into fun shapes with cookie cutters!
