- Egglandโs Best eggs
- Rolled oats
- Cottage cheese
- Banana
- Fresh Spinach
- Ground Cinnamon
How to Make Blender Cottage Cheese Pancakes
- Blend it up!
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Let the batter sit for a minute or two to thicken slightly. - Heat the pan.
Lightly grease a non-stick skillet or griddle and heat over medium-low heat. - Pour & cook.
Pour small circles of batter onto the pan. Cook for about 2โ3 minutes, until bubbles start to form on the surface and the edges look set. Flip and cook for another 1โ2 minutes on the other side. - Serve & enjoy.
Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup, yogurt, or fresh fruit. Bonus points for cutting them into fun shapes with cookie cutters!

- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
